Meet Debbie Seeley, CPA, CFP®

Debbie Seeley is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who is also a Certified Financial Planner® (CFP). Debbie's credentials, combined with over two decades of experience, guide her to make investment recommendations designed to mitigate taxes, potentially increase income, and preserve assets.

  • As a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Debbie is qualified to assist business owners, self-employed professionals, and anyone concerned with tax management and tax reduction.

  • As a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Debbie creates long-range financial plans including investment management, insurance planning, and estate planning.

Debbie has a caring yet direct approach. She makes it easy to develop a plan and put it into action. She monitors the growth of your invested assets and fine-tunes the investment strategy.

Debbie has been preparing taxes since 1982 and providing integrated tax and retirement planning since 1991. She moved to Issaquah in 1994, and between 1994 and 2003 she served as a regional manager for Gilman & Ciocia, a national financial planning and tax firm. During that time, Debbie provided integrated tax and retirement planning for Gilman & Ciocia's Issaquah clients. In 2003 Debbie purchased the Gilman & Ciocia’s Issaquah office and founded Seeley & Associates, LLC. She was born in Michigan, but raised her family in the Issaquah area, which she now considers home.
